Joe DeMonico
Actor, Filmmaker, Producer

Joe is an Ohio native, now residing in Houston. He received his MFA in Theatre, Film and Television from UCLA and has over three decades of professional industry acumen both as a filmmaker and actor.

He began acting professionally with a touring repertory company and continued on the professional stage in shows such as “Romeo and Juliet”, “Cyrano” and “Little Shop of Horrors”.

During his 20 years in Los Angeles he trained with numerous industry professionals. In 2015 Joe began on-camera training with Price Hall and has since become a coach in the Making Choices Method.

TV and Film credits include, “Assassin 33 AD”, “Fearless”, “Murder Made Me Famous”, “The Chosen” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”. Behind the camera experience includes Picture Vehicle Coordinator for Film and TV productions such as “Gone In Sixty Seconds”, “Transformers” and “CSI”. He’s produced a number of feature films, “Evelyn Rising” and “Armynel”, and documentaries, “One Hundred and Fifty at Fifteen”. He is Producer and UPM on “Selfish Heart”, a documentary currently in pre-production.

Joe is a Board Member and the Technical Director for the Inspire Film Festival. He and his wife own Aerial Forza (Aerial Training and Performance Company) where Joe serves as Producer and Master Rigger.
